Azacca

Azacca is named for the Haitian god of agriculture. It was developed through the American Dwarf Hop Association in Yakima and formerly known as experimental ADHA 483. Azacca is a high alpha, high oil hop brand which exhibits a complex range of aromas including mango, papaya, orange, grapefruit, lemon, pine, spice, pineapple and grassy.

Characteristics
Named after the Washington state centennial anniversary in 1989, Centennial is an aroma-type cultivar developed from the USDA hop breeding program at Washington State University in 1974 and released in 1990. Centennial is a well blended aroma hop and is sometimes referred to as Super Cascade.
