PRYSMA™?

PRYSMA™ is a flavour platform built on 100% hop-derived emulsifier technology that accelerates the transfer of aromas and flavours that remain in suspension for lasting freshness, without the presence of synthetic carriers or notable bitterness. PRYSMA™ delivers more with less, giving brewers the flexibility to fine-tune flavour intensity without any danger of hop creep, simplify production by turning a single wort or beer stream into multiple products, and reduce costs through efficiency gains. PRYSMA™ is available in a selection of hop varieties and is fully customisable, allowing brewers to blend multiple hops and other natural flavours to create their own unique platform. It’s the best way to integrate flavour throughout the brewing process.

The implementation was super easy. We are used to adding different products during lagering—with Prysma, it is just the same via a keg. The product has a good flowability, which makes it very easy to dose, and the outcome is great. It is way less chemically and has more depth than comparable products.
