Mick Bentley joins the team

We’re excited to announce that Mick Bentley has joined our team as the new General Manager of Sales. Mick has more than a decade of experience in the beer industry, along with a passion for building authentic relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Mick has spent the last nine years as General Manager of Mountain Goat, driving growth through fostering a high-performance culture and evolving systems for operational excellence. Throughout his career, he’s developed a reputation for scaling sales operations while staying closely aligned with business values and objectives.

An active member of the brewing community, Mick has judged at the AIBAs, attended CBC multiple times, and visited over 100 breweries and beer festivals of all shapes and sizes. His industry knowledge, combined with his collaborative approach, has seen him successfully lead national sales teams, expand distribution channels, negotiate strategic partnerships, and deliver sustained growth.

Mick believes in developing a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence, and he’s looking forward to connecting with our brewing partners around Australia and the world.
